Prior to GoldCare, McCormick Dementia Services was using a competing system that did not meet the organization’s specific needs. Accomplishing even simple tasks such as client check-ins became unnecessarily cumbersome and time-consuming. In addition, the team had to rely on outside programs for reporting, billing and other needs.

With GoldCare, the team was able to consolidate all of its activities and departments within one system, eliminating the need for Microsoft Excel and other outside programs. This helped the team drastically streamline client check-ins and billing as well as rely on customized dashboards to quickly generate reports that communicated everything the team needed to see.
