WATERLOO, Ontario, Canada -

VHA Heart of Home Care Awards

GoldCare, a leading cloud-based healthcare management provider, was excited to continue their tradition of sponsoring VHA’s Annual Heart of Home Care Awards. The heart-warming event, which took place on April 6th, 2021, shed a spotlight on family members and friends caring for people living with chronic disability and disease. The event was intentionally held on ‘National Caregiver Day’ in Canada.

Due to the pandemic, the 1-hour session was hosted virtually this year and included three awards focused on recognizing caregivers and helpful sessions including an interactive Yoga Nidra Meditation session for all attendees!

VHA has had a long-standing partnership with GoldCare for over 12 years and will soon be implementing CloudCare 2.0: GoldCare’s evolution into a fully cloud-based health care management system in the coming months.

Attending this event gave GoldCare a look into the day and life of the people VHA’s service providers support every day and inspires our staff to continue to improve and support them. We’d like to thank VHA for putting together a wonderful event and for their invaluable work in the community.
