The Information Collected by the App

This app does not collect any personal information about the user. Rather, the app is used to connect to your organization’s GoldCare server, where your usual GoldCare logon ID is used as authentication.

In the course of using this app, users receive and collect private personal information about their clients on their mobile device. All of this information is encrypted, and none is stored permanently on your mobile device, or accessed in any way by Campana.

MobilityPlus collects location data for auditing metrics and to enable accurate geo-coding of device location when workers start or stop appointments at the point of service.

The app tracks the location of the device to ensure lone worker safety.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of private personal information about you and your clients, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards.
