A project such as implementing GoldCare requires careful planning and execution of the plan in order to ensure success. In order to ensure that all GoldCare implementations go as smoothly as possible, Campana has developed formal Project Management processes and procedures.
Campana works closely with customers to develop an implementation plan (including timelines) that is realistic, but at the same time maintains a certain degree of urgency in order to keep all team members well motivated. Campana's extensive experience with implementing GoldCare ensures that we can:
