- Resident Management: consolidate all referral, Admission/Discharge/Transfer (ADT), demographic and waitlist information and activities for the resident into a searchable resident profile that is available to all front-line staff.
- Employee Management: maintain a profile for each employee and volunteer that records personal demographics, union details, job codes and other information for scheduling/rostering, skill matching and payroll tasks. This profile also contains contract and HR information to conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews.
- Clinical Management: complete electronic MDS and ACFI Assessments. Individualized care plans generated from the assessments and daily flowsheets help ensure quality and accurate clinical documentation. Information access at the point-of-care, and data entry using eMAR and physician interfaces, facilitate an interdisciplinary team approach.
- Financial Management: manage your site‘s financials with GoldCare’s business administration applications, which integrate general ledger, resident billing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other tasks for accurate and prompt accounting.
- Reporting: GoldCare’s clinical outcome reporting applications provide ad hoc and aggregate tracking and analysis of data to monitor and benchmark on practically any aspect client care. You can also report on virtually all financial and organizational information for immediate and long-term planning.
