GoldCare First Vendor to Pass IAR Testing through the CCIM for the interRAI CHA
Waterloo, Ontario – April 8, 2011
GoldCare, market leaders in healthcare management software, is pleased to announce they’re the first vendor to successfully complete IAR (Integrated Assessment Record) validation testing through the CCIM (Community Care Information Management) for the interRAI Community Health Assessment (CHA)
The accreditation comes as a result of having successfully completed testing in three areas:
Assessment Schema Validation: software can produce the required Assessment Data in the appropriate format.
IAR Manual Upload: solution includes functionality to generate a data feed that is manually produced and submitted.
IAR Automated Submission: software can automatically transmit data feed to the IAR, from the Health Service Provider site, as often as once per day.
The test results certify functionality that GoldCare’s interRAI CHA instrument has been providing to over 60 health service providers within the community care sector for over two years, specifically in the South East, Mississauga Halton and Central Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs).
Undertaking the testing cycle also demonstrates GoldCare’s continued support and advancement of the interRAI CHA as a tool that provides invaluable data for collaborative care planning, service delivery and outcome measurement among health service providers.
