Job Responsibilities
- Provide software support and service remotely
- Troubleshoot applications programs and system problems
- Act as a technical resource within the support group
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive (10 years plus) experience with UniVerse/Unidata/Pick database
- Strong analytical skills for problem solving and troubleshooting software
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with UNIX desireable
- Knowledge of networks and communications
- Experience with other software companies as a developer or help desk analyst
