AXIS Inventory enables auto clubs to track inventory levels, monitor and control product movement, and produce informative reports. Using Inventory, your club can sell inventoried products, make inventory level adjustments, transfer stock to other locations, and make cost adjustments.

With flexible inventory settings and classifications, you can customize Inventory to satisfy your club's unique requirements. Classifications by stocking type, inventory location, stocking class, GL class and inventory class provide a highly organized, efficient system for handling transactions with inventoried products.

Inventory's integration with Sundry and Purchasing automates tracking of inventoried goods through the sales and ordering process. Completed transactions update client Services Utilized histories, and Inventory automatically posts transactions to General Ledger for accurate accounting.

For controlled inventory management, Inventory creates count batches, prints worksheets for recording physical counts, prints Discrepancy Reports, and adjusts the system's inventory levels to correspond with physical counts.

Inventory offers reports on inventory usage, shortage, valuation of onhand inventory, profit margins on sales transactions, forecasted margin, and current and future product pricing by price type.
